At Drama Call, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
